How System Solve IT (SSIT) collects, uses, and protects data when you use the SSIT AI Kit hosted API, portal, and related digital services.

This Privacy Policy applies to the SSIT AI Kit service (the “Service”) operated in connection with System Solve IT (“SSIT”, “we”, “us”). The Service may include a public marketing site, customer portal, REST API, and operator tools. By using the Service, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Information we process
Account and workspace data: email address, password hash, workspace (tenant) name, plan, and usage counters (for example token credits used, request counts, billing period identifiers).
API usage: API keys (stored hashed), request logs that your operator may configure (for example endpoint, status, timing, token usage metrics), and IP addresses where required for security or rate limiting.
Payment data: if you pay through a third-party processor (e.g. Paymob), payment and card data are handled by that provider under their terms; we store only references needed to reconcile your subscription (transaction identifiers, amounts, status).
Support and communications: messages you send us (email, forms, chat) and technical data needed to resolve issues.
How we use information
To provide and operate the Service: authentication, authorization, multi-tenant isolation, metering of usage against your plan, and displaying usage in the portal.
To secure the Service: fraud prevention, abuse detection, IP allowlists where enabled, and audit trails.
To communicate with you: account notices, security alerts, and (where permitted) product updates.
To comply with law: responding to lawful requests and enforcing our Terms.

Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed API keys, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk beyond our reasonable safeguards.

If your data is processed in countries other than your own, we ensure appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.
