Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation rules for SSIT AI Kit subscriptions and digital services sold by System Solve IT.

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid for SSIT AI Kit subscription or usage plans processed through our authorized payment channels (for example card payments via Paymob or other gateways we enable). It does not override mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Digital services

The Service is delivered digitally (API access, portal, and related features). Once a billing period has started and access has been granted, fees generally cover that period. Usage-based or metered components may be billed in arrears or in advance according to checkout and plan rules shown at purchase.

Cooling-off and eligibility

If you are entitled to a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period under applicable law, you may cancel within that period without giving a reason, provided you have not substantially consumed the Service in a way that makes a full refund inequitable.

Where no statutory right applies, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund for the current period if you contact us within fourteen (14) days of charge and have not materially abused the Service (for example automated abuse or breach of Terms).

Non-refundable cases

Completed third-party payment processor fees (non-refundable bank or gateway charges) may be deducted from any refund.

No refund is owed for periods already elapsed where you received continued access, except as required by law or as we approve in writing.

Trial or free tiers that did not involve payment are not “refunded” but simply end according to plan rules.

How to request a refund

Submit a request via https://systemsolveit.com/contact with your account email, workspace or tenant identifier if applicable, transaction reference, and date of charge. We will confirm eligibility within a reasonable time (typically within several business days) and process approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. The version on this site applies to purchases made after the update date unless we notify you otherwise.
